Carl and the Oakfield team reached new heights of excellence with the second batch of work they completed for us. The support and assistance which was Carl’s hallmark throughout our initial experience continued on an even higher plane this time around on what was a more complex job, and during (and before) which we could probably have made life a bit easier by being a bit more decisive! Despite this, Carl was endlessly patient, continually exploring ideas to improve the outcome and even save us money.
He and the team were flexible, consistently going above and beyond the call of duty, and maintaining their good humour despite some challenging weather and working conditions. The building which was the main part of this work is very well built, extremely good value for money, and is the product of Carl’s high standard of workmanship, creativity and his genuine pride in the job. The rather more everyday tasks they have completed for us have benefitted from a similar level of commitment.
