From the outset, I found Carl to be a consummate professional. We had many challenges along the way with my obtaining the correct slabs which caused Carl to juggle his diary on many occasions, for which I was very grateful for. His manner and demeanour was stoic, patient and pleasant throughout – nothing was too much trouble. Carl provided excellent communication throughout the project and was both accommodating and flexible; even working on a Saturday to get the job done.
Both Carl and Oz are extremely hard workers – very skilled and showed great attention to detail. They worked tirelessly and the final result of the transformation to our back garden is totally amazing.
