Carl is extremely conscientious and whilst undertaking the projects mentioned above, he always ensured that the areas were presentable by the time the parents arrived to pick up their children; we have never had to ask him to do this, he just knows what to do in terms of always portraying a professional perception to our customers. He has also instilled this professionalism with his workers.
Very accommodating and gives great ideas. He has always been considerate of our budget, often providing options that would be detrimental to how much he earned for the job. Honest, genuine and trustworthy. Always going the extra mile, particularly with his after-care service.
