When I initially spoke to Carl about the simple small area of decking I required, he came up with some excellent ideas which I hadn’t thought of. I have a large pond with carp and the decking was on an area above this. Carl suggested an observation deck that would allow me to look into the pond from this area. His quote was thorough, with a PDF drawing, and all the options were discussed and agreed. The finished product is superb and we are absolutely delighted with it – a good price and exceptional workmanship. Carl has photos of this job, which he is happy to show to people, so that you can get an idea of his extensive capabilities.
From the first job, it then snowballed and we had Carl back to build the decking and gazebo for a hot-tub area, which we were equally delighted with and he also returned recently to build an outside bar area.
Carl is extremely conscientious and takes great pride in always doing a professional job. He is honest, affable and his whole persona is very genuine. I could not fault him on anything.
Over the years I have employed many tradesmen and, without a shadow of a doubt, Carl is in a class of his own.
