Carl is reliable and dependable and I trust him implicitly. Even recently I tasked him with doing some work at one of nurseries and, although I still haven’t seen the work, nor feel the need to check it, I was happy to pay him as I can always rely on him to do a great job. I just ring him, tell him where to go and what needs doing, and he will just go and do it – giving me great peace of mind.
