I could not fault Carl on anything. He is professional, likeable, knowledgeable and always approachable. He is keen to listen to your ideas and then by adding his expertise, he helps find the best solutions. All the materials used are of good quality, especially the timber. He is a clean and tidy worker and we feel confident that we get his services at a fair price.
Carl is a genuinely nice guy who has often added little jobs in for no extra cost. His attitude of ‘while I am here, I can do it’ demonstrates his excellent customer care.
